I was stood by the counter for 5 minutes, being looked at and ignored by a male staff member who chose to ignore me and spend time on his phone and chatting to another customer (I can only presume she worked there too)
Once I'd ordered, the male staff member complained about having to make my food, didn't even try to hide that he wasn't happy about it.
Items missed off my order, horrible, chewy, pink chicken.
I was complimented on being a lovely customer by the lady who served me, granted she was lovely too, but I won't be going back, no amount of good customer service can make up for a dirty store, horrible food, wrong orders and being ignored.October 03, 2016
